We’re looking for a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team! In this role, you’ll set up, optimize, and operate 3, 4, and 5 axis CNC machines to produce precision parts. You’ll work from blueprints, ensure quality using measuring tools, and keep machines running smoothly with routine maintenance. You’ll also help maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in line with safety standards.

Day-to-Day:

• Set up CNC machines by installing and adjusting work holding devices, tooling, spindle liners, and bar feeders.
• Operate 3, 4, and 5 axis CNC machines, minimizing downtime and optimizing performance.
• Verify programs and settings using measuring equipment; adjust and modify as needed.
• Ensure parts meet engineering and quality standards using inspection tools.
• Record daily machine operations and report Operational Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain time standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and follow all safety and company procedures.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Required Experience:

• 2+ years of experience with 3, 4, and 5 axis CNC machines.
• Apprenticeship or equivalent in mechanical engineering (C&G/NVQ).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience with measurement and inspection equipment.
• High School Diploma or GED.
