Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Responsibilities Include- Providing nursing care within the LPN scope of practice
- Administering medications and treatments

- Assisting with activities of daily living as needed
- Coordinating care with healthcare team members
- Performing additional duties based on facility needs
- Active LPN license
- Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
Recent PPD test within the last year - Ability to meet physical requirements, with or without accommodation
- Competitive pay of $37-$39/hour
