Sentara Care Plex Hospital in Hampton, VA, is hiring a Supervisor for Environmental Services. This is a full time, evening shift (2nd) position, but will also have oversight over the 3rd shift.

Overview
The Environmental Services Supervisor assists the manager in planning, organizing, supervising, coordinating and controlling the activities of the department functions which are necessary to maintain a clean and safe working environment. Participate in the work activities of assigned teams through providing assistance, serving as technical resource and participating in the work as a member of the team. Contributes to the success of the department through effective work coordination, management of resources, and participation in goal accomplishment.
Support and communicates Sentara mission, values, goals, and directions to assigned team members.
Education
High School Grad or Equivalent (Required)
Some College (Preferred)
Experience
1 year of Supervisory experience (Required)
Previous housekeeping/ESD experience (Strongly Preferred)
We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $25.22 - $37.72 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
