Position Overview:We are seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team and oversee kitchen operations. The ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and reliable , with a passion for food and hospitality. This role requires strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills to ensure the kitchen runs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily kitchen operations and food service staff.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control of ingredients and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Adjust schedules to optimize efficiency and meet business needs.
- Collaborate with management to develop and refine menu offerings.
- Previous experience in food service or kitchen management.
- Knowledge of food safety practices (Serv Safe Manager's certification preferred).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or GED required.
