• Supervise shifts, uphold standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop team members.
• Maintain positive working relationships and assist with crew duties.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings on operations, safety, and training.
• Manage labor costs and control inventory.
• Maintain reports and records per company and legal standards.
• Oversee building and equipment maintenance.
• Handle cash and banking procedures responsibly.
• Ensure professional appearance and adherence to policies.
• Enforce safety, sanitation, HR, and security policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned, embodying Boddie-Noell's values.

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Physical capability for role demands.
• Leadership and training experience (minimum 1 year).
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Positive attitude, reliability, teamwork, and service-oriented mindset.
