Assistant Store Leader (Assistant Manager)

Join 7‑Eleven as an Assistant Store Leader. This full‑time, management‑level role focuses on leading a team to deliver outstanding customer service while driving store performance and ensuring a safe, well‑stocked retail environment.

• Oversee and coach all store employees, building leadership skills and driving customer satisfaction.
• Maintain high employee retention by recruiting, training, and empowering a skilled team.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs to support sales goals.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promotion of the loyalty program.
• Ensure the store remains clean, safe, and compliant with health and sanitation procedures.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Maintain computer proficiency, primarily with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Perform physical tasks including repetitive bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

• High School diploma or GED preferred; at least one year of retail management experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and liability insurance for the state of residence.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and effective communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.
