M. Price Distributing Co. – One of the leading beverage distributors in Southeast Virginia is looking for a Full Time Merchandiser to join our industry‑leading Sales Team!
Our Merchandisers play a very important role. They are responsible for stocking, rotating and properly displaying our product in the accounts – ensuring the end customer can easily shop and enjoy our products. Working as a Merchandiser at M. Price, you can expect to work hard in an independent setting and be held accountable for achieving your goals. Successful team members in this role will develop the skills, knowledge and experience necessary to grow within the company.
Schedule- Monday / Tuesday: 06:00 am – 04:00 pm (start / end time may vary)
- Wednesday: off
- Thursday / Friday / Saturday: 06:00 am – 04:00 pm (start / end time may vary)
- Sunday: off
Pay scale – $18–$22 per hour depending on experience.

Essential Job Functions- Ensure that all products are properly stocked and displayed according to our company standards.
- Ensure that all product is rotated, and code policy is followed.
- Develop and maintain effective customer relations.
- Ability to use a pallet jack and cart.
- Critical physical demands include the following:
- Handling products ranging from 10 to 50 lbs.
- Two‑handed lifting, handling, and carrying cases from floor to overhead levels on a frequent basis.
- Frequent, squatting, bending, kneeling, reaching, pulling, and pushing while handling products.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must have a current and valid Virginia Driver's License.
- Must be able to lift 25–50 lbs consistently.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be customer service oriented.
- Must have good communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
