Base pay range: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Toyota of Hampton is in need of a professional parts advisor to help with our growing business. Our new team members will utilize their vast automotive parts experience to assist our service, wholesale, and retail customer needs.

• Assist technicians, service advisors, and walk‑in customers by providing pricing and availability as needed.
• Accurately order and track needed parts.
• Answer phone calls, providing assistance and prices as needed.
• Process and organize orders for delivery or pick‑up.
• Ensure all cash, credit, charge, and tax‑exempt sales are processed as required.
• Receive and ship parts in accordance with company policies.
• Restock inventory daily.
• Ensure all returned parts are properly tracked and identified.
• Conduct assigned daily perpetual inventory audits.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Maintain necessary product knowledge to improve sales of associated/companion parts.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with all internal and external customers.
• Improve sales of parts and accessories.
• Build upon existing knowledge of products and skills using available manufacturer training.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to be a team player.
• Ability to minimize and redirect customers’ frustrations.
• Trainable.
• Outgoing and friendly personality with great customer handling skills.
• Professional appearance.
• CDK experience a plus.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Manufacturer training certifications a plus.
