Skilled Construction Laborer

Our team is looking for a motivated Laborer to perform various manual tasks to prepare job sites and aid daily operations in support of our various construction projects throughout the Mid‑Atlantic Region. • May clean out ditches and remove concrete forms. Perform manual labor.
• Assist, support, and follow the directions of skilled laborers.
• May assist in the erection and removal of falsework and formwork.
• May assist in the installation of underground utilities.
• May assist in piping and equipment installation at industrial facilities, including water treatment plants, wastewater treatment plants, and shipyards.
• May be required to carry and clean various materials as directed.
• May be required to shovel or rake materials.
• Must be safety‑minded and adhere to all safety policies.
• Additional requirements as directed by the foreman/leadman.
• Heavy Construction labor experience is preferred.
• Able to perform manual labor in all types of environments and conditions, including heavy lifting (in excess of 50 lbs.) for an 8‑10 hour workday.
• The ability to comprehend and follow specific instructions.
• Interpersonal competencies include a drive for results, effective oral communication skills, organization, planning, trust, respect, dependable behavior, and cooperation.
• Good housekeeping standards and ability to observe safety procedures and report any potentially unsafe conditions to management.

• 18 years of Age
• Able to Pass a Drug Test
• Legally Eligible to Work in the US
• If assigned to a government project, US citizenship and a clear background check may be required.

• Must have own transportation to and from job site every workday (driver's license not required)
• Must provide own hand tools (excluding power tools)
