Job Overview

We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Service Professional to join our team. As a Mr. Handyman Service Professional, you will play a pivotal role in delivering top-quality repair and maintenance services to our clients. From minor repairs to major renovations, our Service Professionals are the face of our company, providing expert solutions tailored to each customer s needs.

Responsibilities
  • Performing a wide range of home repair and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall repair, painting, and more.
  • Assessing customers  needs and providing accurate estimates for projects.
  • Planning and executing repair and renovation projects efficiently and to the highest standards.
  • Communicating effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Adhering to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Keeping up-to-date records of work performed and materials used.
  • Representing the company professionally and courteously at all times.
    • Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in home repair and maintenance services.
  • Strong proficiency in a variety of repair skills and techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver s license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
  • Willingness to undergo background checks.
    • Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in a relevant trade (e.g., plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Additional specialized skills, such as Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC repair or tile installation.
