• Examine cars based on customer requests and concerns
• Perform basic maintenance such as tire rotation, fluid checks, and oil changes
• Repair or replace worn parts like spark plugs, wheel bearings, brake pads, fuel systems, and sensors
• Test systems and parts to ensure proper function or assess damage
• Follow checklists for thorough examination of all parts and systems
• Identify mechanical and electrical problems using diagnostic equipment and visual inspection
• Determine repair measures based on research and experience
• Perform repairs accurately, respecting original strategies and customer specifications
• Ensure customer satisfaction at all times

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Basic computer skills required
• Vocational certification is a plus
• Strong verbal communication skills for customer and team interaction
• Detail-oriented, organized, and thorough
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted
• Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
