Service Technician

! This full‑time role offers a regular work week with on‑call hours as needed. As a Service Technician, you’ll maintain the quality of our apartment homes, ensuring residents enjoy a well‑maintained living environment.

• Complete apartment work orders and turnovers promptly.
• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance for HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Assist with upkeep of common areas, property buildings, and pool areas.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service in all interactions with residents and staff.
• Work with the team to ensure all maintenance tasks are handled efficiently and professionally.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.
• Manage daily checklists, occasional tasks, and troubleshoot unexpected issues.

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in a residential community or similar field.
• CFC and HVAC certifications – required.
• Strong background in plumbing, electrical systems, and general apartment maintenance.
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel between properties if needed.
• Exceptional interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for hands‑on work.
