Adult Mental Health Case Manager
Annual Salary: $49,612
Schedule:
Monday‑Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Join our team at the Hampton‑Newport News Community Services Board as a full‑time Adult Mental Health Case Manager. This role allows you to make a real difference in the lives of individuals in need while working in a supportive and collaborative onsite setting.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive case management services to adults in Hampton and Newport News, including assessments, treatment planning, advocacy, counseling, and crisis intervention.
- Assist clients in meeting basic needs by accessing vital resources and support.
- Coordinate services and resources efficiently to support client goals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to uphold the Board’s reputation as a premier provider of behavioral health services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services (Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, or related field).
- One year of experience providing case management services.
- Valid Driver’s License (required for outreach and client visits).
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach with ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
