Target Salary Range*:$140,000 - $165,000
* This represents the potential salary range for this position depending on education level, years of experience and/or certifications in addition to other position specific requirements which may impact salary
Position OverviewAmatriot is seeking ACC OAS Envision and Maven Smart System Contract Support to provide advanced platform engineering, software development, documentation, and technical training support. The role develops, modernizes, and sustains Envision and Maven Smart System (E&MSS) capabilities and infrastructure.
Location:
Langley AFB, Hampton, VA, USA.
Infrastructure and Architecture Development
Design, develop, deploy, and maintain E&MSS platform-specific digital infrastructure.
Develop custom packages, software libraries, code blocks, database schemas, data pipelines, and automated testing features.
Ensure technical assets provide generalized Government-Off-The-Shelf (GOTS) features that maximize scalability and reusability and follow modern software development principles.
Deliver E&MSS generalized code libraries, features, and infrastructure releases.
Technical Documentation and Reference ManagementDraft, update, and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and reference materials.
Document custom-built features, integrations, and solutions to maintain a clear, professional knowledge repository.
Deliver technical reference documentation and manuals.
Technical Training Development and DeliveryDesign, update, and deliver E&MSS training curricula.
Provide advanced platform training for development teams and foundational and solution-specific training to maximize adoption and use of delivered capabilities.
Deliver E&MSS training materials and guides.
QualificationsEducation
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. [Required]
ExperienceTen (10) years of relevant experience. [Required]
SkillsMastery of Palantir’s E&MSS platforms and suite of development tools. [Required]
Proficiency in Python and SQL. [Required]
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. [Required]
Proficiency in version control systems. [Required]
Familiarity with AF authoritative data sources. [Required]
Proficiency in writing technical documents. [Required]
Proficiency in delivering end-user training and communication skills. [Required]
ClearanceSecret or higher clearance. [Required]
Working Conditions and ScheduleCore hours are 0800–1700, Monday–Friday; hours can be set with customer leadership.
Time may be flexed during the two-week pay cycle to avoid using PTO for appointments.
A compressed work schedule, such as 4/10 or 9/80, may be available at work center leadership’s discretion.
Preferred QualificationsSkills
Proficiency in Agile project management.
Proficiency in frontend and backend development frameworks.
Familiarity with concepts in Operations Research, Mathematics, Statistics, Machine Learning, Modeling, Simulation, and/or Systems Engineering.
