C. You are mechanically inclined, enjoy working on automobiles, and provide excellent customer service. AAA Car Care is a network of ASE-certified technicians in 34+ stores offering automotive repair and maintenance services to members and non-members.

• Perform automotive repairs, adjustments and maintenance procedures as outlined on repair orders
• Complete fluid exchanges, alignments, brake services, and advanced repair and maintenance services
• Drive vehicles into the service bay, prepare them for service and complete digital vehicle inspections
• Test drive vehicles and prepare them for delivery to customers after repairs and maintenance
• Keep the shop clean and organized to ensure a positive member/customer experience

• High School diploma, GED or Technical school graduate, certification
• Must possess valid driver’s license
• Minimum of 6 months’ relevant experience in automotive repair or completion of formal automotive training
• Knowledge of automotive and/or truck systems, tools and resources to perform basic repairs and maintenance
• Ability to maintain a clean, safe and organized work area and demonstrate proper use of equipment
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service

• ASE Certifications (or equivalent): A4-Suspension & Steering, A5-Brakes
• G1 Auto Maintenance & Light Repair preferred
• State inspection certificate where applicable
• AC 609 Certification

• May experience loud noises and odors in the shop
• Standing, walking and physical activity including lifting up to ~80 pounds
• Must have own tools appropriate for skill level
• Work in varying temperatures; some locations may not have air conditioning
• Light to moderate physical demands for the duration of the shift

• Pay rates starting at $42,000 annually (rate varies based on productivity and bonuses)
