Job Overview

Angels of Care Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Hanahan, SC and surrounding areas.

Pay Range: $26-$31/hr angels of Care nurses provide direct, one-on-one medical care and make a difference in the lives of their patients and families. Available full-time and part-time shifts (days, nights and weekends).

• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
• Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordination of care.
• Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
• Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient.

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license
• Provide care in a client home setting
