Position Type: Part Time
Pay Rate: $16.07 / Hour
Job Schedule: Sat 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM, Sun 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM

As a Security Officer – Warehouse Access Control, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution. Your duties include monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, verifying credentials, providing customer service, documenting incidents, and supporting a secure environment.
- What You'll Do:
- Monitor and control access to the logistics and distribution location, verifying credentials and authorizations for entry and exit.
- Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and delivery personnel regarding security‑related inquiries and site procedures.
- Carry out security‑related procedures in accordance with site‑specific policies and protocols.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, initiating emergency response activities when required.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
- Document and report suspicious activity or incidents per company and client protocols.
- Collaborate with site management and Allied Universal team members to support a secure environment.
- Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age (or 18 for unarmed roles, 21+ for armed roles).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Access control or badge experience preferred.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
- Background investigation and drug screening required.
- Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws; a valid driver’s license required for driving positions.
