Warehouse Manager

MSS Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Manager for our Charleston, SC office. Join a team that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse staff.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and OSHA standards.
• Optimize warehouse layout, workflows, and labor utilization to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and customer service teams.
• Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, on-time shipments, and inventory turnover.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and facility cleanliness.
• Resolve operational issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare reports on inventory levels, staffing, and performance metrics.
• Other duties as assigned by the Company from time to time.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong experience in a warehouse environment.
• Prior supervisory or management experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse software (WMS/ERP).
• Solid understanding of warehouse safety standards and best practices.
• Familiarity with shipping, receiving, and logistics processes.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication and ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.
• Physical Demands:
  Constant sitting, walking short distances, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching above and/or below shoulder, handling/grasping documents or office equipment; lift 50 lbs occasionally; 5‑10 lbs frequently.

Work is performed in a tempered and non‑tempered environment with bright lights.
