Roll Machining Technologies is looking for a skilled CNC Lathe Operator to join our team in Hanceville, AL! Responsibilities:- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC lathe machines to produce machined parts
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering specifications
- Select and install appropriate tooling, fixtures, and work holding devices
- Perform in-process quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Make program offsets and adjustments to maintain tight tolerances
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot operational issues
- Document production activity and maintain accurate work records
- Proven experience operating CNC lathes or horizontal turning lathes preferred but we are willing to train the right motivated candidate
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints preferred
- Experience with G&M code programming preferred
- Proficiency with precision measurement tools including micrometers and calipers
- Familiarity with Fanuc, Mazak, or similar CNC control systems a plus!
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team-oriented work ethic

Our typical work hours are 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday with additional opportunities for overtime.
