Overview

GAMA-1 Technologies, LLC seeks an experienced Software Developer III – Service Now on upcoming work, who will be responsible for developing customizations, applications, and workflows within the Service Now platform in a telework environment. The Software Developer III
- Service Now will work closely with business analysts and technical architects to implement tailored solutions for Software Asset Management (SAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), and IT Operations Management (ITOM) Visibility modules, ensuring they meet the organization’s needs. Supervisory Responsibilities — None.

• Design and develop custom applications and features within Service Now based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with the team to perform unit testing, functional testing, and support the user acceptance testing (UAT) process.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements for deployed solutions as part of post-implementation services.
• Collaborate with system administrators, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, efficient solutions.
• Create custom workflows and automated processes for SAM, HAM, and ITOM Visibility to streamline asset management operations.
• Integrate external data sources with Service Now (e.g., SCCM, discovery tools) to ensure accurate and real-time asset tracking.
• Work with the CTA to ensure that the developed solutions align with architectural standards and best practices.
• Develop and maintain Service Now reports and dashboards for asset lifecycle management, license tracking, and compliance monitoring.

• Ensure adherence to organizational information security policies and procedures; actively participate in mandatory security awareness training; and manage confidential and sensitive information in accordance with company protocols and data protection standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• 4-8 years of experience in developing and customizing Service Now applications, with a focus on asset management modules (SAM, HAM).
• Strong knowledge of Service Now development frameworks, including Glide, scripting, and REST APIs.
• Experience in integrating Service Now with third-party applications and databases.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Angular
  
  JS or similar front-end technologies.

• Familiarity with governance, security, and quality assurance processes in a regulated environment.
• Experience supporting federal or large-scale enterprise IT environments.

• Ability to obtain a security clearance.

• This work will be completed in a telework environment.

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organizations and client facilities.

Employment is contingent upon government approval and, if applicable, contract award.

The base salary range for this position is: $123,636 – $148,960. This base salary range represents a general guideline.…
