Key Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience
• Property and Casualty license or Personal Lines license
• Demonstrated expertise and comprehensive knowledge of insurance products, markets, and ratings.
• Proficient with insurance agency management software, Microsoft Office, carrier websites, and relevant industry systems.

Core Responsibilities:

• Strategically manage and nurture a diverse portfolio of Personal Lines accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Proactively drive growth by expertly facilitating policy renewals and identifying cross-selling opportunities to expand client coverage.
• Consistently provide an exceptional level of professional and personalized customer service, building strong client relationships.
• Serve as a primary resource for clients, promptly addressing inquiries related to billing, claims, and coverage details.
• Accurately execute policy binding and conduct meticulous policy checking to ensure precision and compliance.
• Efficiently process endorsement requests, oversee claims management, and coordinate marketing efforts for renewals.
