Herr Pedersen & Berglund’s Hanford office, focusing on estate planning and probate, has an opening for an in-office student, graduate and/or paralegal. Duties include assisting clients in development and implementing strategies for the management and distribution of their assets after death or incapacitation, drafting wills, trust and powers of attorney. This position has immediate responsibility and regular client contact. This individual will work directly with the firm’s experienced estate planning/probate partner.
Qualified candidates must possess excellent writing and legal analysis skills, the ability to follow specific instructions, attention to detail and be well-organized.
Compensation:
Competitive pay and benefits. Salary range: $22-$26, DOE and negotiable.
