As a Project Manager with this Client, you won’t just manage projects — you’ll lead complex, high‑stakes operations that shape California’s coastline and protect its communities. You'll take charge of field crew coordination, making sure the right people and the right equipment are in place to get the job done safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

You’ll assess and secure specialized equipment, guide its setup and maintenance, and keep a sharp eye on evolving site conditions. When the unexpected happens — as it often does in the field — you'll adapt quickly, identifying changes in scope and developing smart solutions in real time.

Every day, you'll track the resources driving the project forward and collaborate with the team to deliver accurate, timely reporting. You’ll bring fresh thinking to production strategies, seeking out smarter methods to stay ahead of schedule and under budget.

From the very start, you’ll dig into project plans to understand timelines, budgets, staffing needs, and critical milestones. You’ll build out detailed work plans and mobilize the right talent for every phase.
