As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will provide patient care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You’ll work under the supervision of Charge Nurse(s) to deliver patient education and support, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in assessing and planning individual treatment programs, consulting with Charge Nurse(s) and other staff.
- Implement medical plans by administering medications, obtaining diagnostic tests, and assisting with medical or minor surgical procedures.
- Count controlled substances and implement clinical care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Document nursing encounters using the SOAP form of charting and attend mandatory staff meetings and training.
- Communicate information to nursing staff, physicians, and other team members as necessary.
• 12‑hour shifts (both day and night).
• PRN requirement: 4 shifts per month, including one weekend and one major or minor holiday.
- Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Experience: Prefer a minimum of 1 year of clinic experience.
- Licenses/Certifications: Current RN license in the state of employment, CPR certification.
