American Traveler is hiring an experienced ICU RN for a night shift contract requiring CA RN licensure and EPIC experience.
Details- Specialty ICU unit within an acute care hospital
- Night shift, 7:00 PM-7:00 AM
- Auto offer of 36 or 48 hours per week
- EPIC experience required
- Active CA RN license required
- BLS certification required
- ACLS (AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS) certification required
- Minimum three years of ICU experience required
- Recent experience within the specialty within the last three months required
- BSN preferred
- Acute care facility experience preferred
- No prior licensure actions considered
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned patient population using the nursing process
- Supervise and direct nursing staff while coordinating care with other disciplines
- Collect and analyze patient data to determine diagnoses and care plans
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure safe, humane, and caring treatment
- Provide patient and family education and participate in discharge planning
- Delegate and coordinate duties among healthcare team members
- Required vaccinations per facility policy, with medical and religious exemptions considered
- Accepts local candidates at the same rate as travel candidates
- Candidates with more than 5 days of requested time off will not be considered
