American Traveler is hiring an experienced ICU RN for a night shift position requiring CA RN licensure and EPIC experience.

• Specialty ICU unit within an acute care hospital
• Night shift schedule from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• Auto-offer of 36 or 48 hours per week
• EPIC EMR experience required

• Active CA RN license required
• BLS certification from an approved vendor required
• ACLS certification (AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS) required
• BSN preferred
• Acute care facility experience preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of recent ICU experience, with experience within the last 3 months
• EPIC and Cerner experience must be documented in employment history
• No history of prior license actions or disciplinary hits

• Deliver coordinated nursing care using the nursing process for assigned patients
• Supervise and direct nursing staff while coordinating care with other disciplines
• Collect and analyze patient data to determine diagnoses and care plans
• Implement care plans and evaluate patient progress toward outcomes
• Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure safe, humane care
• Provide patient and family education and participate in discharge planning
• Delegate duties appropriately among healthcare team members
• Required vaccinations are a condition of employment, with medical and religious exemptions available
• Candidates with more than 5 days of requested RTO will not be considered
• Local candidates accepted with no radius rule; local pay rates match travel rates
