As a Dentist, you will provide professional dental care, including diagnosis and treatment, while assisting the director in developing and implementing the dental program. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and oversee a skilled team of dental hygienists, assistants, and support staff to ensure top-tier patient care.
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of oral health conditions with precision and expertise.
  • Maintain meticulous and up-to-date patient records, ensuring seamless documentation and compliance.
  • Deliver exceptional, patient-centered dental care with a compassionate and professional approach.
  • Perform a variety of dental procedures, including preventive care, pediatric dentistry, periodontics, restorative treatments, prosthodontics (removable and fixed), endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.
  • Facilitate in-house training sessions to enhance clinical skills and professional development.
  • Participate in the on-call emergency dental response system to provide urgent patient care when needed.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as directed by Dental Leadership to support the overall success of the practice.



Education and/or Experience

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Dentistry.
  • Licensed as a Registered Dentist by the State of practice.
  • Possession of current DEA and BNDD licenses.
  • Maintain current CPR certification.
  • Previous experience preferred but not required.
  • Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states if needed.
  • Comfortable providing telehealth services as required.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of diagnosing and treating dental and oral diseases.
  • Proficiency in oral operative techniques and preventative dentistry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients and staff.

Supervisory Requirements:

  • Communicate the strategic direction of the organization and encourage participation.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to all aspects of the department.
  • Monitor, identify, develop, and execute strategic objectives.
  • Effectively communicate changes and updates within the department or company.
  • Handle personnel matters with discretion and collaborate with Human Resources as needed.
  • Champion change and effectively manage the implementation of new ideas.
  • Promote teamwork and solicit input from team members at all levels.
