** Job Summary**:

** Key Responsibilities**:
* Provide community-based mental health services including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and intervention implementation
* Collaborate with clients, families, and other stakeholders to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Utilize a strengths-based approach that incorporates evidence-based practices such as Motivational Interviewing, Positive Reinforcement Techniques, Trauma-Informed Strategies, CBT, and DBT
* Provide behavioral interventions using methods including cognitive processing, operant conditioning, and group dynamics
* Coordinate care with external providers including physicians, psychiatrists, schools, and community organizations
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and client progress
* Facilitate PSR (Psychosocial Rehabilitation) group sessions as aligned with treatment plan goals
* Participate in ongoing staff development and training opportunities
* Contribute to quality improvement initiatives through data collection and reporting
* Build and maintain collaborative relationships with families, schools, and community supports
* Perform additional duties as assigned
** Education and/or Experience Qualifications**:
* Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related human services field; or
* Bachelor’s degree in an unrelated field and two years of qualifying experience ; or
* Any four-year combination of higher education and related experience; or
* Associate’s degree in Behavioral Health Support; or
* Four years of qualifying experience Qualifying experience includes working with individuals with mental health disorders, substance use disorders, or developmental disabilities. Experience should include services such as skill-building, group or one-on-one support, recovery-focused coaching, or assistance in community functioning and employment.

* Ability to navigate and coordinate community-based resources
* Proficient in maintaining accurate and timely documentation
