Pay & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $28.50/hr – $31.00/hr.
Sign‑On Bonus: $5,000.
Shifts: 6 pm–6 am available.
Payment: Daily.

Benefit Eligibility:

• Full‑time (30+ hrs/wk):

• Part‑time (≤29 hrs/wk):

• PRN: 401(k) match, daily pay, PTO.

As a Wellness Nurse at Bickford Senior Living, you support resident care within the branch, ensuring that residents’ daily medication needs are met with compassion and respect for their dignity. You will lead by example, embodying Bickford’s mission of doing whatever it takes.

• Accurately follow the resident MAR to administer medications per physician orders.
• Apply the “Six Rights of Medication Administration” and all Bickford policies regarding medication management.
• Utilize the eMAR system for medication administration.
• Communicate with clinical leadership for clarification and direction related to resident medication administration and care.
• Provide direct resident care and supervise the care work of non‑licensed team members as appropriate.
• Model Bickford’s mission, “Whatever it Takes,” to all team members on shift.

• Active license as an LPN or Registered Nurse in good standing.
• Willingness to pursue additional training or education required by state law.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational and time‑management competence.
• Demonstrated judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Proficiency or willingness to learn Bickford’s eMAR system.
