What you’ll do:
  • Provide agronomic training to sales reps
  • Initiate and establish trials that will support marketing efforts for seed and our proprietary line of products to support division sales
  • Interpret soil, tissue, and water analysis
  • Research and respond to technical inquiries
  • Develop proprietary fertilizer formulations
  • Publish and distribute periodic summaries of agronomic observations and research
  • Serve as a technical sales resource for Crop Consultants on grower calls
  • Identify specific nutritional needs and opportunities coming from the field
What you’ll bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Agricultural or related major preferred
  • 5+ years' experience in an agronomist role
