What You'll Be Doing
• Strategic Visionary Spearhead the development of academic plans, manage accreditation processes, and drive continuous improvement in teaching practices.
• Curriculum Architect Oversee the seamless delivery of integrated programs from early childhood through year 12, using data analysis to inform and adapt teaching strategies .
• Talent Developer Lead faculty development programs, instructional coaching cycles, and staffing strategies to meet diverse curriculum needs.
• Community Builder Engage parents and the wider community through workshops and events, promoting a supportive and inclusive environment for all .
What We're Looking For
• Proven leadership experience in managing IB curriculum development and high-quality teaching standards.
• Expertise in assessment strategies, data utilization, and regulatory compliance .
