Purchasing Clerk-Office Admin Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Clerk / Office Administrative Assistant to support purchasing operations and daily office activities. Most day-to-day work is conducted in English. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, customers, and colleagues across multiple branches to keep orders accurate and shipments on track.

• Prepare, process, and verify purchase orders.
• Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding orders, requests, and delivery updates.
• Coordinate with branch offices on purchasing needs.
• Maintain purchasing records, reports, and price lists.
• Monitor shipments and follow up on order accuracy and fulfillment.
• Track purchase requests, contracts, and orders.
• Process invoices and assist with general office administration.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Purchasing, order processing, or administrative experience is preferred. Experience in the same industry is not required.
• Familiarity with Asian food products is a plus.
• Japanese language skills are a plus, as the company handles Japanese food products.
