You’ll be at the forefront of helping businesses transform their cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and analytics to ensure they are future-ready.

As a Service Operations Specialist you’ll get to:

• Enter orders in a timely manner for the shipping, retrieval, and exchange of technology devices for specific accounts, while adhering to the client’s Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Investigate and resolve receiving discrepancies, proactively managing receipt dates, working with distribution employees to resolve issues regarding lost and damaged products.
• Become an expert of information regarding specific products, programs, and initiatives of assigned vendors and product categories.
• Clear communication skills are required to deliver client‑facing messages verbally and in writing, and the ability to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints in a timely fashion.
• Work with vendors in acquiring Return Merchandise Authorization (RMAs) for damaged, unused products.
• Manage all aspects of assigned vendors, back‑orders, and estimated time of arrivals (ETA), as well as the handling and tracking of warranty claims.

• Work with internal personnel on problems relating to parts ordering information.
• Responsible for maintaining accurate costing, classification, status of assigned products, identify billing and inventory discrepancies, and report appropriately. Work with finance to resolve any vendor issues, as necessary.
• Manage team mailbox, ensuring emails are addressed throughout the day.
• Answer questions internal & external re: processes, procedures, inbound/outbound shipments.
• Problem‑solving and critical thinking abilities, and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment with a focus on attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and ability to work independently, strong time management skills and ability to self‑prioritize work responsibilities.
