The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for supporting end-to-end supply chain operations, including sourcing, inventory monitoring, supplier coordination, imports, and data management. The role combines hands‑on execution with analysis to improve service levels, cost visibility, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor inventory levels and perform analysis to ensure alignment between inventory, supply plans, and customer demand.
  • Support demand planning by managing customer demand forecasts in collaboration with sales and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time and in full (OTIF) by maintaining alignment between supply, inventory levels, and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers on order placement, availability, lead times, and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate international imports with freight forwarders and customs brokers and manage shipment tracking through delivery.
  • Support purchasing and replenishment activities in line with approved sourcing and inventory strategies as needed.
  • Monitor inbound shipments, inventory positions, and supply constraints, escalating risks or delays as needed.
  • Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks, including supply disruptions, long lead times, and inventory imbalances.
  • Develop, maintain, and report on supply chain KPIs and metrics related to inventory health, service levels, and supplier performance.
  • Develop and maintain supplier relationships and actively support sourcing, evaluation, and qualification of new suppliers and alternative products.
  • Maintain and support master data management, actively identifying opportunities to improve data accuracy and consistency.
  • Support sales with pricing inputs, margin analysis, RFQ modeling, and availability guidance.
  • Work with regulatory and quality teams to track product data changes and route compliance‑related updates.
  • Analyze supply chain operations and processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Apply problem‑solving skills to independently execute solutions to operational and supply chain challenges.
Requirements
  • Understanding of the chemical or ingredients industry is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or related operational roles.
  • Experience supporting purchasing, inventory planning, and supplier coordination.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Experience working with ERP systems.
  • Understanding of international sourcing, imports, and logistics processes.
  • Ability to support pricing analysis, cost modeling, and margin review.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally with internal teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self‑motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a lean organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred.
