Village of Hanover Park, Water Supply Supervisor

The Village of Hanover Park is seeking a Water Supply Supervisor. This role supervises staff responsible for the production of potable water and the maintenance, repair, and construction of water lines, meters, and related facilities. The position requires strong leadership, independent decision-making, regulatory compliance oversight, budget development, and coordination with Village leadership and partner agencies.

The Water Supply Supervisor must be able to be on call 24/7, possess an associate degree or equivalent technical education with four years of municipal water supply experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience), and must possess and maintain an EPA Class C Public Water Supply Operator certification and a valid Illinois Class B Commercial Driver’s License, or the ability to obtain the CDL within six months of hire.
