• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service and cleanliness.
• Plan each shift, monitor performance, take action to meet McDonald’s standards, monitor safety, security and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
• Assist assigned departments in meeting their goals and targets during shifts.
• Manage food safety, internal communication, inventory, daily maintenance, crew scheduling, quality food production, customer service, safety and security, and training.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older to be a manager. Looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
