Job Summary
We’re supporting a client of ours to add a Senior Account Manager to their team! This role will lead and drive their Big Box & Wholesale sales efforts, ensuring the successful alignment of brand strategy with market trends and customer needs. The Senior Account Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand market presence, increase revenue, and strengthen brand equity across multiple sales channels.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for Big Box & Wholesale channels to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering long‑term partnerships with key accounts and clients.
- Lead sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee pricing strategies, ensuring competitiveness while maintaining profitability.
- Brand Strategy and Development
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align sales initiatives with brand vision, positioning, and messaging.
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and refine brand strategies.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent representation across all channels and partnerships.
- Wholesale and Retail Operations
- Manage relationships with Big Box & Wholesale partners to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate on inventory planning and management to meet market demand.
- Drive retail execution excellence, including visual merchandising and promotional activities.
- Travel Requirement / Work Schedule
- Up to ~50% weekday travel (Tu‑Th) mainly to customer locations, industry events and trade shows on the East Coast + Southwest.
- Fully Remote or Hybrid (depending on candidate location).
- Ideal Experience
- 5–10+ years of experience in sales, brand management, or marketing, with a focus on e‑commerce & Big Box sectors.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and leading successful brand strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes in the e‑commerce & Big Box industries.
- Preferred Experience
- Automotive industry experience or similar background with previous exposure to supporting e‑commerce or Big Box retailers in the U.S.
Commission
Pay Range: $100,000–$110,000 per year plus uncapped commission based on hitting KPI targets.
Seniority Level: Mid‑Senior level
