Base Pay Range$65,000.00/yr – $75,000.00/yr
Additional Compensation Types- Commission
- Set an average of 5–10 appointments per week with qualified decision‑makers to introduce services and tailored solutions to GSD’s prospects
- Report directly to the Sales Development Representative Director and work with a team of 5–15 other SDRs to drive pipeline performance within GSD
- Reach out to prospects through telephone and email to spark interest and uncover new opportunities for GSD’s services
- Utilize a sequencing platform to implement multi‑touchpoint campaigns
- Engage with inbound leads, qualify them, and drive them toward further engagement
- Utilize social selling techniques to connect with potential clients and shine a spotlight on our services
- Explore both inside and outside prospecting avenues to expand our client base and reach new horizons
- Master the art of follow‑up strategies to set highly‑qualified meetings
- Update the CRM in real‑time to ensure accurate data and pipeline management
- Participate in brand marketing, communications, and sales campaigns to maximize total brand awareness, attention, and market interest
- Meet or exceed all SDR minimum standards of performance and activity requirements (daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly)
- Build a personal brand on professional social platforms to influence engagement with the GSD, TTSG, and 20

- 3–5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
- Resourcefulness and resilience to win for, and with, teammates and customers
- A natural communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a go‑getter attitude
- Proactive, driven, and ready to embrace challenges in a dynamic environment
- Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines effortlessly
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and CRM tools
