Our Tax Services Group brings together tax specialists who ensure accurate and timely tax reporting while minimizing tax payments. We provide services across international, US federal, state, local, R&D tax credit, and private client services.

The Tax Supervisor role is based in Nashville, TN;
New York, NY;
Orlando, FL; or Whippany, NJ. You will work alongside seasoned CPAs and industry leaders to lead audit engagements from planning to completion, supervise staff, and maintain client relationships.

• Preparing complex multistate S corp. and partnership income tax returns
• Preparing high net worth individual returns
• Reviewing mid-level multistate complexity S corp. and partnership returns
• Reviewing mid-level individual returns
• Researching and drafting memoranda involving complex tax matters
• Identifying tax planning opportunities
• Handling and resolving tax controversies
• Training and supervising staff accountants

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• Licensed CPA, or working toward CPA certification with parts passed
• Master’s of Science in Taxation preferred
• At least 4 years of public accounting experience
• Exceptional client service and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing projects
• Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to travel as needed

Base salary ranges:
New York City $90,000 – $135,000;
Whippany NJ $85,000 – $125,000. Additional compensation may include a bonus program and a competitive benefits package based on individual and firm performance.
