Magnit Direct Sourcing on behalf of Connective Rx is currently hiring for a temporary assignment in Whippany, New Jersey. This role focuses on providing patient health care services to enable access to prescription medications through our client’s copay assistance programs.

Base Pay Range: $20.90/yr – $20.90/yr

• Respond to inbound phone calls and claims (and outbound calls) from patients, physicians, and pharmacies to support their access to care and reimbursement needs.
• Provide program information, eligibility, and reimbursement support, ensuring a seamless patient experience.
• Refer escalated requests to internal teams such as Program Management, IT, and Contact Center teams to resolve issues.
• Perform other assignments as needed, including claims processing and administrative tasks.

• 1+ year experience in healthcare or case management within a high‑volume contact center or similar environment.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of pharmacy benefits, health‑care insurance, and/or medical billing (preferred).
• Experience with call‑center software such as Five9 or In‑Contact (a plus).
• Familiarity with third‑party systems (Select Rx, Pro‑Care, FSV) (a plus).
• Experience with call center operating metrics and performance management is a plus.
• Strong customer‑focus and empathy, with excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English;
  Spanish is a plus.
• Adaptability, problem‑solving ability, and ability to work cooperatively with cross‑functional teams.
