Job Title: Part‑time Physical Therapist

Location: Atlantic Rehabilitation – Adult Rehab, Cedar Knolls, NJ

Hours: 22.5 hours per week, day shift

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop patient‑centered treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and fellow rehab team members
• Communicate with patients and families to ensure understanding and continuity of care
• Support various appointment types and adapt care plans as needed
