POST-DOCTORAL PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY FELLOWSHIP – Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy, has over 40 years of expertise in offering innovative Post-Doctoral Pharm.
D. Fellowships that provide extensive training in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industry. This 2-year Fellowship position is a joint effort between the Rutgers Institute for Pharmaceutical Industry Fellowships (RPIF) and Bayer Pharmaceuticals Inc. Program emphasis is in Global Medical Affairs Oncology.
The Fellow will develop a comprehensive understanding of Global Medical Affairs (GMA) Oncology, with a focus on the integration of scientific information, strategic publications, and patient engagement initiatives. The opportunity will provide expertise in GMA functions and foster collaboration across cross-functional teams, honing skills that impact global healthcare and patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Global Medical Affairs Oncology and the integration of scientific information, strategic publications, and patient engagement initiatives.
- Communicate scientific information effectively and support the publication team with activities related to key congresses.
- Develop patient engagement initiatives and collaborate across cross-functional teams to impact global healthcare and patient outcomes.
University-based experiences complement the industry experiences and include a Professional Development Series; opportunities for collaborative research, publication, and teaching; and participating/leading Rutgers Fellowship committees. These Fellowships provide a broad professional development opportunity in both corporate and academic environments to promote the role of Pharm.
