Data Architect​/Data Design - AVP

In this role, you’ll design and maintain enterprise data models that ensure consistency, scalability, and compliance across global functions.

• Design and implement conceptual, logical, and physical data models aligned with business, data, and technology requirements.
• Collaborate across functional teams to strengthen governance, optimize architecture, and enable smarter business outcomes through trusted data.
• Analyze and monitor data usage patterns to identify opportunities for data optimisation and improvement.
• Definition and documentation of data architecture standards, principles, and strategies.
• Lead complex assignments, guide team members and influence decision making.

• Experience with data modelling and data architecture, preferably within financial services or large corporates.
• Proficiency with data modelling tools such as Erwin, ER/Studio, or Power Designer.
• Expertise in conceptual, logical, and physical modelling techniques applied at scale.
• Advanced SQL (DDL, DML, performance tuning) and scripting languages such as PL/SQL, T‑SQL, Python, or Shell.
• Data warehousing approaches (Inmon, Kimball) and ETL tools such as Informatica.
• Working knowledge of relational (Oracle, SQL Server, Postgre
  
  SQL, MySQL) and columnar (Amazon Redshift, Snowflake) databases, and No
  
  SQL databases (Mongo
  
  DB, Cassandra).
• Experience designing and implementing cloud‑native solutions on AWS (S3, Redshift, Glue) or Azure.
• Knowledge of data governance policies and compliance standards such as BCBS 239 or GDPR.

Minimum Salary: $105,000 – Maximum Salary: $150,000 (base salary only). Additional compensation may be available.
