Job Description:

This position is Non Exempt. Hours over 40 will be paid at Time and a Half. Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. May require a Bachelor's degree in a related area and 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

Relies on instructions and per-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.

This is for a Support Analyst. Resource will be required to support the POMSnet application. POMSnet is a manufacturing execution system which is used globally. On a daily basis, resource will assist sites in troubleshooting issues, providing workarounds and escalating system defects to the vendor. POMSnet experience is not required, but apptitude for learning new complex applications is a requirement.
