The Deskside Technician II provides technical support and oversight to a luxury jewelry brand’s Customer Fulfillment Center. The role involves delivering new technologies in partnership with external vendors, supporting existing infrastructure across multiple divisions, and ensuring reliable end‑user technology for the organization.

• Deliver and support infrastructure technology, including lifecycle management for PC, Mac, mobile devices, printers, and telephones.
• Oversee software delivery and maintenance.
• Introduce new technologies and applications to support growth.
• Manage incident, problem, and change management processes to aid project and support initiatives.
• Provide escalation support for open incidents and problems, coordinating with IT teams and vendors.
• Create and maintain documentation and SOPs in Service Now Knowledge Articles.
• Adapt quickly to new environments and technologies, collaborating with engineering and development teams.
• Work outside normal business hours and on weekends as required.

• 5‑7+ years of experience in IT support and service delivery.
• Strong experience with Windows 10, Apple iOS, and Office 365.
• Proficiency with Zoom, Teams, and conferencing technologies.
• Experience with Active Directory and user/endpoint management administration.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to build and maintain business partnerships.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills with basic financial analysis capabilities.
• Highly self‑motivated with minimal day‑to‑day supervision.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent certifications.
• Experience with software management and distribution.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and technologies.
• Experience with video conference and collaboration technologies.
• Knowledge of Cisco/Meraki switching, wireless, and IP addressing (subnetting).
• Experience with Workspace One, SCCM, and JAMF.
