Family Law Senior Associate / Contract Partner (Direct Hire / Permanent)
Location: Whippany, NJ
Salary: $130,000 - $175,000 base (Discretionary bonus at end of year; Profit sharing after 1 year, 3-4% of salary)

This opportunity is with a well‑established family law practice in Northern New Jersey, recognized as one of the leading divorce and family law firms in the region. The team consists of experienced attorneys and paralegals committed to providing high‑quality representation with compassion and strong advocacy.
- Minimum 7 years of legal experience, with 50%+ focused specifically on family law.
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days in‑office, 2 days remote.
- Strong incentive structure: 40% origination credit and 40% credit for assigned work for higher earnings.
- Trial experience, including independent handling of divorce trials.
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 30–40 matters.
