Gallagher is hiring a Client Service Manager II to drive client retention, satisfaction, and revenue for a branch of accounts. This role reports to the Branch Client Service Director or Supervisor and focuses on high‑quality, efficient account management.
Base PaySalary range: $60,500 /yr – $101,000 /yr
OverviewThe Branch Client Service Manager II is accountable for delivering high quality and efficient service to both internal and external clients through day‑to‑day account management of an assigned group of accounts within a Branch that consistently meets or exceeds CSO revenue benchmark expectations. This role contributes to key business outcomes such as client retention, client satisfaction, enhancing AJG's value to our clients and prospects, achieving operating/margin targets, and fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
HowYou'll Make an Impact
- Profitable management of an assigned group of accounts.
- Build and solidify relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional ongoing care.
- Lead the renewal process, ensuring the best possible solution is delivered to the client in a high‑quality and timely manner.
- Secure existing business and drive the sale of additional services and lines of coverage.
- Develop relationships with buyers in the client organization and day‑to‑day client representatives.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience – or high school degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
- Producer's License.
- Up to 25% travel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Appropriate licensing as required.
Preferred: Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships; solid financial acumen.
