Your mission
- Configure with precision – Prepare lines with the right tooling and settings for stable, efficient production.
- Run to the standard – Set and monitor process parameters to match documented procedures.
- Fix fast, fix right – Troubleshoot mechanical issues decisively to restore flow.
- Guard the gold standard – Team with Quality Assurance to contain and correct packaging quality concerns.
- Maximize every minute – Lift efficiency and throughput while driving down scrap.
- Prove it in writing – Keep detailed, timely machine records for auditability and continuous improvement.
- Coach the crew – Train operators on safe, effective equipment operation and set-up.
- Protect compliance – Assist the Production Supervisor with cGMP, DEA, and OSHA adherence.
- Lead with safety – Ensure machinery meets safety requirements and operates within established protections.
- Authorize the reset – Oversee and approve line‑clearance procedures.
- Leverage automation – Use PLC know-how and automation fundamentals to improve functionality and reliability.
- Master the fleet – Operate and maintain inkjet printers (continuous and thermal), UV printers, blister packaging machines, bottle fillers, cartoners, and vision systems.
- Advance the process – Propose and implement process, equipment, and facility layout improvements.
- Support the mission – Tackle additional responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Operations.
What equips you for success
- PLC troubleshooting skills and experience troubleshooting industrial automation equipment
- Expertise in equipment troubleshooting and general troubleshooting
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics and read blueprints
- Mechanical assembly and machine building/assembling experience
- Strong communication skills for effective cross‑functional work
