Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Whippany, NJ

Location: Whippany, NJ (Hanover SNF)

Salary Range: $17.50 – $25.00 per hour

Shift Availability: All shifts – 7am‑3pm, 3pm‑11pm, 11pm‑7am, weekends (Weekend Cruiser available)

Responsibilities:

• Basic patient care under direction of nursing staff
• Perform duties such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, or moving patients, or changing linens
• Active nursing aide certification in the state of operation
• Preference for experience with patients of all ages in a SNF setting, dedication to quality care

Position Requirements:

• Must be a certified or state‑tested Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age‑related needs of residents served
• Must be a supportive team member, contribute to and exemplify teamwork and team concepts
• Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition, enthusiasm, and willingness to handle difficult residents
• Must be able to relate information concerning a resident’s condition
