- Lead restaurant operations by enforcing all policies, procedures, standards, training programs, and cultural points.

- Support the General Manager in teaching the team to be top performers empowered to achieve hG standards.
- Demonstrate integrity, honesty, knowledge, and the ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members while promoting honeygrow’s culture, values, and mission.
- Fully comprehend and be able to perform every station in the restaurant; be trained on all functions through the Assistant General Manager level.
- Supervise scheduled shifts and manage all restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager.
- Assist the General Manager with administrative duties and employee evaluations.
- Maintain clear communication with the General Manager regarding restaurant operations.
- Assist in managing scheduling functionalities, including updating employee profiles, nightly logbook entries, and weekly schedule production.
- Maintain the restaurant’s office area to hG standards.
- Help meet financial objectives by managing the forecasting tool and all computer‑related administration.
- Work with the management team to implement financial goals related to food cost, labor cost, and other operational expenses.
- Deliver a fantastic guest experience by executing the hG Engine efficiently with every guest on every shift.
- Coach and develop Service Managers and all employees patiently and diligently.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be available to work any shifts and days of the week.
- Serv Safe Certification.
- Two years of strong food prep and line experience.
- Fast casual or similar restaurant environment experience preferred.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Must possess close, distance, and peripheral vision.
- Must be able to frequently bend, stoop, and reach.
- Must have dexterity to handle kitchen equipment.
- Must be comfortable working near open flames.
- Must work in a fast‑paced environment with hot and cold areas.
- Must work and communicate effectively in a high‑noise environment.
